Starting with the first CLS back in 2004, Mercedes reshaped the automotive industry as the first manufacturer to offer the 4-door coupe concept. It is widely regarded as the most beautiful 4- door design on the market.
 
This statement stands true today as well, with this 3rd generation CLS from 2019. The Edition 1 badge brings it even more exclusivity as it is the statement piece for the first production of final generation of the historic CLS model line.

To start, you get an IWC analogue clock with exclusive dial face. This option is usually reserved only for AMG vehicles, but is included in the Edition 1 package. Additional exclusives are COPPER ART interior concept with seats in Designo Black Pearl Nappa Leather with center sections in a diamond design and copper-colored accents, copper-colored contrasting topstitching on the center console, seats, armrests, dashboard and door panels, and a unique diamond grille with matte chrome pins and chrome inserts with a copper-colored shimmer.
 
A jaw dropping Burmester sound system is included as well.
 
The exterior is based on the AMG Line. Special features include MULTIBEAM LED headlamps as standard and 20-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels painted in black.

Key fob in high-gloss black with high-sheen chrome surround
Ambience lighting, including illuminated air vents in 64 colors

Mechanically, the CLS is just as special. For this car, Mercedes have created a 3 liter, inline 6 engine, which has been praised for its power, innovation, and durability. If that’s not enough, this CLS also has an electric battery, dedicated to boost performance. This coupled with the 9-speed transmission, results in 362 horsepower, going from 0 to 60 in just 4.7 seconds. Impressively enough, this combination of power is also capable of achieving over 30 miles per gallon on the highway.
